The Whiteboard lives again!
This is a running list of changes and notes for the proposal. You should add things to the list you think of and delete what you do.
- More careful definition of intercalibration
- Explain 30% of 10% = 3% comment
- Matter effects in the probabilities ? still using vacuum formulae so far
- More info on LAR costing document

- Increase label size ~all figures
- Fig 36 (and others?) data = data points
- Study E_nu that is numu disappearance BG
- We may use a larger phi spacing for 6% less tubes.(see note in G4 whiteboard)
- Caculate the entering beam induced BG
